Dr. Peterson is seeing patients in-person, at the office, but we continue to offer zoom appointments as well.

Appointments are available Monday - Thursday and Friday by special arrangement.

Please do not stop by the office at this time unless you have a regularly scheduled appointment - Use your Elation portal for supplements requests- we have a no contact pick-up box where we will leave them for you.

All office visits will need to be paid either at the time of service or via an invoice through our online payment system. Once it is paid we can provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit these claims, as out-of-network, to your insurance company if you choose to do so. We will not longer be submitting insurance claims. Any payments your insurance makes will come directly to you. Just connect with Audra through your Elation Passport with this paperwork request.

 

Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations of scheduled appointments are both difficult to fill, and costly. Therefore, I ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours previous to your appointment- not including weekends. Appointments missed or cancelled in less than 48 hours will incur a $100 charge. Exceptions to this policy may be made for emergency situations on a case-by-case basis.
